![]() Not only can the Phantom Liberty DLC change the way Lifepaths work in Cyberpunk 2077, but it can also implement brand-new Lifepaths to spice up gameplay. This would technically expand V's canon, which would limit role-playing slightly, but it would be a worthwhile tradeoff to improve Cyberpunk 2077's Lifepaths. ![]() Having players visit an old friend and reminisce about the past, for instance, would be a wholesome and low-commitment way to learn more about the particular Lifepath. The opportunities for Lifepath exclusive quests are endless, but since the introduction sequences remain quite vague, it could be particularly interesting to see them delve deeper into V's backstory. ![]() While these short side quests are a decent starting point, there's ample room for improvement and expansion within Cyberpunk 2077's Phantom Liberty DLC. Nomads arguably get the best Lifepath exclusive side quest with "These Boots Are Made for Walkin'," which sees V reunited with their old car from the prologue. Streetkids receive "Small Man, Big Mouth," during which Kirk assigns them to yet another gig that doesn't go as planned. ![]() In "War Pigs," Corpo players get to reconnect with a former Arasaka colleague and revisit their conflict with Abernathy. At the time of this writing, each Lifepath only receives one brief side quest. Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty will introduce new characters, areas, and plenty of new quests into the game, and it would be the perfect opportunity to also introduce more Lifepath exclusive quests. ![]()
